Welcome to Zapit, an AI - powered food recognition and ingredient analysis application operated by Zapit Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the App.

BASIC TERMS

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 need parent/guardian permission. Our Privacy Policy (available in the App) is part of these Terms.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide and maintain accurate account information. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

APP USAGE

We grant you a limited, non - exclusive license to use the App for personal, non - commercial purposes. We may automatically update the App to improve functionality or security.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to the App

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App

AI FOOD RECOGNITION

The recognition results of this App are for informational purposes only. Each scan is specific to the current version of the App at the time of scanning, and we are only responsible for the results of that particular scan. Results may vary due to factors such as image quality. This App is not a medical device. Do not rely solely on this App for making critical health decisions.

CONTENT

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a license to use it for operating and improving the App. We may use the food images you submit to enhance our AI technology. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringes on rights, or is offensive.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto - renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Transactions are managed by Apple, and Apple is the contracting party for your purchases. Refund requests should be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com or by contacting Apple Support.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and its content are owned by Zapit Team and protected by intellectual property laws.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The ingredient analysis results generated by AI are for reference only and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months.

TERM AND TERMINATION

You may terminate your use by deleting the App. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. We may modify these Terms with notice through the App.
